Join our team as a key player in Asset Protection! In this role, you will be responsible for executing various Asset Protection initiatives across 3-6 assigned locations, focusing on implementing shortage reduction programs, particularly in high-shrink areas. You'll partner with local store management to meet strategic Asset Protection objectives and leverage business performance for effective shortage reduction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store management to achieve strategic Asset Protection goals.
- Support and participate in training sessions for store associates on approved Asset Protection initiatives and workshops.
- Conduct routine assessments of store operations, pre-shrink indicators, and safety compliance through operational audits.
- Provide clear and consistent training to all store personnel on safety communication guidelines and crisis management protocols.
- Monitor controls proactively and conduct surveillance to identify and investigate any instances of associate dishonesty.
- Conduct investigations and interviews related to inventory loss, cash loss, and policy violations.
- Utilize CCTV and floor techniques to monitor and deter theft while adhering to company policies.
- Initiate and support investigations related to Organized Retail Crime in collaboration with local law enforcement.
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Regional Manager of Asset Protection.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Asset Protection field or a relevant retail setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to evaluate situations and make timely decisions based on company guidelines.
- Flexibility to work nights, evenings, and weekends based on retail needs.
- Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Wicklander-Zulawski training in interviewing is preferred.
- Must meet all physical requirements, including standing and walking.

This position allows for remote work across the U.S. For states and cities that require salary information in job postings, the pay range for this position is $24 - $25/hr. Your actual salary may vary based on your specific skills, years of experience, work location, and market demands. Please note that this range may be adjusted in the future.
