Hi, I’m Valon, and I am a co-founder of Linda’s Essentials - a growing e-commerce brand specialising in products on Amazon FBA.
We’re based in London, but we work with an international team spread across the UK, Pakistan and the Philippines.
We’re all about innovation, hard work, and growth. Over the past seven years, we’ve steadily expanded our product catalogue and team, and our focus now is to take Linda’s Essentials to even greater heights.
We're looking for someone who’s not just here to perform tasks, but to drive our business forward, bring fresh ideas, and grow alongside us.
Our culture is all about accountability, collaboration, and building a brand we’re proud of.
We’ve set up our processes to give you room to thrive, learn, and leave your mark on the brand.
Ready to make a difference? We’d love to hear from you.
We’re looking for an Amazon FBA Brand Growth Manager who’s driven, detail-oriented, and ready to steer our brand's growth.
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our product catalogue, ensuring smooth operations and steady progress.
Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll take on senior responsibilities and work closely with our PPC Manager and other team members to keep our brand on an upward path.
More specifically, you will:
💼 Manage product catalogue performance, ensuring all products meet KPIs and show growth
📈 Oversee product launches across marketplaces, ensuring flawless execution
🧩 Analyse past launches, learn from them, and suggest improvements
🌱 Suggest improvements for existing products through regular audits
🔍 Monitor SKU-level performance and leverage KPIs to inform strategy
🤝 Coordinate with founders on new product opportunities and growth areas
💡 Collaborate with the PPC Manager to implement optimal ad strategies
Working Hours ⏰: This is a full-time role with core working hours being 8am-5pm UK time, with some flexibility.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ 2+ years of experience with Amazon FBA brands
✅ Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA business operations
✅ Proven experience launching and scaling products on Amazon
✅ Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Brownie points for:
⭐ PPC knowledge to collaborate closely with the PPC Manager
⭐ Experience in managing a team or supervising others
⭐ Strong skills in Google Sheets with a knack for analytics and organisation
⭐ Proactive mindset, always looking to improve and grow
You’re the ideal candidate if you’re proactive, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
You see challenges as opportunities and have a natural curiosity to dig deep, make data-driven decisions, and take ownership of your tasks.
If you’re a quick learner and thrive in a growth-focused environment, this role will be a great fit.
What’s in it for you?
💰 $3,000 - $4,000 per month*
📅 Full-time & fully remote
🏝️ 20 days paid time off & 5 sick days
🚀 Join a small, growing team with ample potential for career growth
💸 Performance and target-based bonuses
*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence. We kindly ask you to apply only if you are happy to work remotely as an independent contractor.
