CNC Machine Job Shop Repair Maintenance Mechanic

• 5 or more years of electrical machine shop repair experience, 5 or more years of pneumatic machine shop repair experience, and 5 or more years of hydraulic machine shop repair experience are all required to be considered
• Pay is up to $33 hourly
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• This position is onsite and not remote
• Full-time, permanent W-2 employee
• Full benefits
• No relocation
• Located in the Franksville, Wisconsin area

This full time, permanent CNC Machine Shop Repair Maintenance Mechanic is at an employee-owned, debt-free machined metal product job shop. The company has consistent growth and has not had a layoff since 2008. Employee tenure is ten years as the employees are valued and treated like family. Employees are not bored here as there is a lot of variety to the work a person can be doing. Employee career growth is unlimited here. Several of the members of the top management of the company started as laborers on the shopfloor.

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:

• Maintaining various industrial machinery including CNC lathes and mills
• Troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic and CNC machines
• Operating equipment in the toolroom
• Fabricating parts as needed to perform repairs

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• 5 or more years of electrical machine shop repair experience
• 5 or more years of pneumatic machine shop repair experience
• 5 or more years of hydraulic machine shop repair experience
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or possess a green card
• A residence within 45-minutes
