One of our partners, a multi-brand restaurant company, is looking for a Concept Design Manager to help lead the architectural and 3D design process for their portfolio of restaurant brands, shaping both exterior and interior environments that align with brand identity and operational needs. This person will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and external partners to create innovative, visually compelling spaces, overseeing everything from material selection to space planning and 3D modeling. Your role will drive the creative vision for new and renovated restaurant concepts, ensuring consistency, brand alignment, and exceptional customer experiences across multiple projects. REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years in Architecture or Interior Design within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• In-depth experience in 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Proven experience managing multi-month projects, including subjective design and flexible scope projects, demonstrating adaptability and effective project management skills.
• Background at manager level with experience running small teams as a individual contributor or in roles with direct reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create conceptual renderings using SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant platforms to meet the creative brief and align with brand positioning and identity.
• Leverage creativity and in-depth knowledge of design standards, materials, and constructability to enhance the customer experience.
• Lead and evolve projects from initial concept design through design development, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
• Produce and oversee the creation of effective final sell-in presentations that convey design ideas through 3D modeling, material selection, color palettes, and furniture choices.
• Manage complex projects with predefined deliverable expectations, and maintaining clear communication with the Store Planning team, Brand Design Director, and Concept Director.
