Job Description

• Use phone and Service Titan software to send technicians, or another field unit, to appropriate locations.
• Monitor the route and status of technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
• Provide technicians with information about jobs, traffic, obstacles, and requirements.
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.
• Prioritize service calls according to urgency and importance.
• Communicate with customers on a regular basis providing updates to their scheduled appointments.
• Show care and compassion for customers.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service.
• Effective communication with all other dispatchers and persons in the office.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Ability to work in a very fast paced, high pressure environment.

• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and teamwork.
• Service-oriented and able to resolve grievances.
• Previous dispatching experience is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to work in the evenings.
• SupplyPro/BuildPro experience a plus
• Service Titan experience a plus
