Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Analyze workplace environments, processes, and equipment to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop strategic plans to minimize risks and enhance safety protocols across all operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to align environmental practices with legal standards and sustainability goals.
• Stay updated on new safety legislation and best practices to continuously improve safety policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental health and safety management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental laws.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire teams.
• Proven ability to develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess complex safety issues.
