Duties - Answering phone calls, voicemails, and emails in a prompt professional manner. Utilizing the company's proven sales process which ensures overall success. Providing accurate and concise information to clients utilizing the tools provided. Handling reservation confirmations in a timely manner along with customer service & add ons. Other duties assigned.
