About the Position A Methodical Roaster Production Team Member will report to the Roaster Manager. A Production Team Member supports Methodical's operations by bagging, sealing, and organizing the coffee, tea, and other products that are needed for the day, as well as supporting and assisting the shipping and RTD team as necessary. A successful candidate has a strong work ethic, is detail-oriented, proactive, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoys physical work, and has experience or willingness to thrive in general warehouse work.

- Work as part of a fast-paced team to fulfill wholesale and retail orders accurately and efficiently
- Learn and master the use of the weigh and fill machines and band sealers
- Ensure bags of coffee are taken care of throughout the production process in order to present to our customers with coffee in pristine condition
- Keep the production floor and work areas clean, organized, and in working order.
- Learn the brewing production process and support the RTD team as necessary in fulfilling products like cold brew, chai, slushy mix, and any needs for our shops and local wholesale customers.
- Assist with local delivery of coffee and/or RTD products to retail and wholesale customers.
- Be available to assist in any needs the Lead deems necessary to fulfill the day's goals.
- Keep a mental catalog of all our products
- Sort orders to determine shipment priority
- Pick and pack orders with care, selecting the most efficient packaging materials

Job Type - Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday through Thursday - Friday when scheduled by management
- Located at our HQ (999 Geer Highway Travelers Rest, SC 29690)
