Lumen Field has an excellent opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic part-time Box Office Associate. If you are skilled in customer service, have typing skills, and would enjoy working with others at many Lumen Field events, this is the perfect position for you!
The Box Office Associate assists patrons in person and on the phone with customer service, single ticket sales, will call, exchanges, and related services. Employees in this job may be assigned to both Box Office window and phone functions, depending on the venue needs. This position directly reports to the Director of Ticket Operations and Ticket Operations Manager.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate outstanding customer service and attention to detail, and who are team players, enthusiastic, and bring a positive attitude! Attendance and Punctuality are imperative, as well as adjusting to a flexible schedule to accommodate event hours.

The employee must have mobility to move about the stadium and administrative offices. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk up and down stadium steps to all seating locations. The employee is occasionally required to sit; use hands to finger of cradle or feel; reach with hand and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift and move boxes and other items up to 50 lbs.
