We are looking for a part-time/on-call receptionist available WEDNESDAYS, THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS, gifted with impeccable customer service skills, leading the way to an exceptional patient experience. Multi-tasker with incredible attention to detail who has a primary interest in working in the administrative functions of our medical practice. Medical Experience helpful . Position: Medical Receptionist - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and PRN

Responsibilities:

• Lead the way in greeting and welcoming patients as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Offers Superior Quality Customer Service.
• Direct patients to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with a smile.
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

Skills:

• Computer experience (medical office is a plus).
• Professional attitude and appearance are a must.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
