Kalologie Medspa combines the latest in medical aesthetic treatments, rejuvenating skin care, and results-oriented body treatments to help clients look and feel their best. Kalologie is a premier provider for medical aesthetic treatments such as IV Therapy, Vitamin Shots, Botox, Dermal Fillers, CoolSculpting, and Microneedling. 

We are currently looking to add a Promoter to promote awareness at our locations in Las Vegas at ARIA, Bellagio, Mandalay Bay and Four Seasons. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Skilled promoter with a strong hospitality and sales background
• Highly self-motivated and dependable
• Outgoing with great communication skills
• Ability to present a professional and neat appearance
• Ability to work weekend morning and afternoon shifts
• Must have positive energy throughout the day
• Must be effective as part of a team; ability to interact with internal and external customers, managers, and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The primary function of the Promoter is to increase bookings 
• The position requires sourcing potential guests from the local population, hotels and casinos, social media, and other relevant channels
• Engaging and providing potential guests with information to visit Kalologie venues
• Educating oneself with selling/promoting techniques and service offerings
• Maintaining high levels of guest engagement
• Developing relationships to create repeat customers
• Creating a reliable and updated network of former and future guests, industry contacts, and reputable leads
• Maintaining a positive, friendly, and professional attitude with co-workers and guests
• Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to dress code in line with the company policy
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding guest and company information
• Assisting with and/or completing additional tasks as assigned
