We are looking for a Sales Lead to deliver outstanding customer service, increase retention, and drive revenue. You’ll work to develop new clients and provide tailored fashion advice. If you have a positive, goal-oriented, engaging personality, please apply!

Sales Lead Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in upscale or luxury fashion retail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Able to work a flexible schedule - nights/weekends/holidays as needed
Able to stand for long periods, lift/carry 20+ pounds, push/pull, bend, kneel, and climb stairs multiple times a day

Sales Lead Responsibilities:

Active clienteling- provide advice and suggestions, answer questions, and build long-lasting relationships with customers
Meet individual KPI’s and sales goals
Ensure sales floor inventory is replenished daily and operational duties are complete (sales sets, etc.)
Ensure store is maintained to cleanliness and visual standards, actively participating in cleaning duties
