NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our client's team in Reading, PA. This is a hybrid, direct hire position. SALARY: $112-$150K (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply. REQUIREMENTS:

• 8+ years of overall technology experience
• 3+ years' Salesforce programming in the following technologies required: Lightning Components, Work Bench, Data Loader, Visual Studio, Sales CLI, APEX, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, Force.com SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, outbound messaging and creating Visual Force Pages
• 2+ years' experience leading several medium to large sized projects simultaneously and effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• 1+ years' experience working in Lightning experience required
• Strong understanding of Workflows, Reports, Process Builder, Flow, triggers, and SQL
• Developer Certifications such as Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II preferred
• Experience building Lightning Aura Components
• Experience with web-based technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Communities
• Experience with ETL tools to send data between Salesforce and backend databases
• Experience in database modeling
• Familiarity with Aura Framework
• Solid written and oral communication skills
