JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for managing and overseeing various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations between Operations, Sales, Outside Vendors, and Customer Service departments.
• Responsible for coordinating activities, resources, equipment, and information to support project and operational goals.

* Project Coordination:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaise with functional leads to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants including external vendors.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare and distribute project-related reports and documentation.
• Coordinate and prioritize resources with functional leads as needed.
• Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Ensure all projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Identify and communicate any issues or problems that may arise during project execution.
• Implement solutions to keep projects on track.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor"s degree, Project Management certification, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office software and ERP system solutions (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word, MS D365 or similar).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a product manufacturing environment, including logistics is helpful
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
